All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless stated. Payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of research-use-only terms.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping speed. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is handed to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address.

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method.

By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number, you consent to receive order-related communications, including confirmations, shipping updates, and support responses. Promotional emails and SMS messages are sent only to customers who have explicitly opted in through their account settings.
